General sales conditions

Means of payment

Rennes Métropole, domiciled 4 avenue Henri Fréville – CS 35031 Rennes Cedex – France, SIRET n° 243 500 139 00189, VAT n° FR 25 243500139, has mandated the company MCI France to organise the event inOut 2018, and to perceive the registration fees and all amount relating to the event.

Payment of registration fees has to be made in EUROS only and as follows:

  • By credit card: VISA / MASTER / EUROCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS (no other cards accepted).
  • By bank transfert.

Name change

Name changes are not accepted but considered as new registrations for which a payment will be requested. A booking fee of 20 € will be charged for any registration or booking changes.

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Organizing Secretariat according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the event:

  • Up to 28 février 2020: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
  • Starting 1 March 2020: no refund
  • In case of no-show or early departure: no refund

Insurance and liability disclaimer

Rennes Métropole and MCI France cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of event proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The event cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.

Rennes Métropole and MCI France as organisers will accept ni liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to inOut 2020 participants during the event activities.

Badge scanning & personal data

All participants may have their badge scanned when entering the congress venue or attend certain sessions. The scan is solely used for overall attendance tracking and crowd control, on an anonymous basis. Symposia organizers as well as exhibitors may use scanning devices for marketing or compliance reasons at the entrance of a sponsored session or in the Exhibition Area. By allowing a sponsor to scan your badge at the entrance of the Satellite Symposium, or at a booth, you express consent to them for receiving your personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number) collected during your congress registration.
